Refund policy

If the item you receive is not to your satisfaction, a refund may be requested. Returned items must be received undamaged at Bradstreet Glass at the customer's expense, within 90 days of receipt in order to receive a refund for your purchase price excluding shipping. Your refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned undamaged item.

Shipping Losses/Damage:
In the event that an order is damaged or lost during shipping, we will make every effort to locate or replace the item prior to offering a refund. If a refund is required due to loss or damage incurred during shipping, all costs will be reimbursed to the customer, including shipping.
