Policies

Payments: Bradstreet Glass securely accepts your choice of Google Pay, Amazon Payments, Paypal or your credit card, for safe, fast and easy transactions. We don't have access to your credit card information.

Any personal information you provide is stored responsibly and securely. Your information is only used to fulfill your order. Your name and email may be used to provide marketing correspondence, such as a newsletter, coupon offer or sale announcement, only if requested.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. "Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding US Postal Service Holidays.

Shipping: Bradstreet Glass ships via your choice of USPS 5 day Ground Advantage or 2-3 day Priority. We are not responsible for postal service shipping delays, however your order will ship insured against loss or damage. Please contact us immediately in the event your order is lost or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

We only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Losses/Damage: If your order is lost by USPS (or if tracking shows it has stopped moving, but the expected delivery date has not been updated), email us as soon as possible at Contact@BradstreetGlass.com. We'll expediently work with USPS to track down your order for you within a few days, with our sincere apology for the delay! If it is determined your order is lost and can't be located and delivered (that hardly ever happens), we will issue a refund for your purchase price plus shipping.

In the event that your order is damaged during shipping, let us know as soon as possible, and within 30 days of delivery! Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at Contact@BradstreetGlass.com. List the damaged item(s) by part number and size, and attach photographs of each damaged item, and ALSO PHOTOS OF THE BOX and Packaging it came in. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of any damaged items right away. Please don't forget to include photos of the box and packaging materials with your damage photos.

There is no need to return broken glass to us in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your order from Bradstreet Glass for any reason, please contact us immediately at Contact@BradstreetGlass.com. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Refunds and Exchanges for OUR Errors: If Bradstreet Glass got your order wrong, or if the product you received is not the quality you expected, we're SO sorry! Please email us at Contact@BradstreetGlass.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Let us know about our error as soon as possible so we can make it right immediately! Please inspect your order upon receipt.

BUYER'S REMORSE: If you've changed your mind about your purchase from Bradstreet Glass, you can cancel or edit your order at any time before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible at Contact@BradstreetGlass.com.

If you've changed your mind after your order has already shipped, that's ok too. You can return your unwanted item(s) at your expense, for a refund, to:

Please let us know to anticipate your return in the mail, and provide tracking information if available so we can look for it. Returned items must be received undamaged at Bradstreet Glass within 90 days of delivery to receive a refund. A refund for the purchase price of each returned item will be issued immediately upon our receipt.
