Payments: Bradstreet Glass securely accepts your choice of Google Pay, Amazon Payments, Paypal or your credit card, for safe, fast and easy transactions.  We don't have access to your credit card information.

Any personal information you provide is stored responsibly and securely. Your information is only used to fulfill your order.  Your name and email may be used to provide marketing correspondence, such as a newsletter, coupon offer or sale announcement, only if requested.  

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.  "Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding US Postal Service Holidays. 

Shipping:  Bradstreet Glass ships via USPS domestically in the US, and now also to Canada!  We are not responsible for postal service shipping delays, customs fees or delays, or COD costs.

"SHIPFREE" store coupon applies only to US destinations.

Shipping Losses/Damage: In the event that an order is damaged during shipping, let us know!  

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at Jodeliece@BradstreetGlass.com.  List the damaged item(s) by part number and size, and attach photographs of each damaged item, and also photos of the box it came in.  If we have the items in stock we'll mail a replacement the next business day.  We will issue a refund for the purchase price of any items that are sold out. Please don't forget to include photos of the packaging as well as the damage photos.

There is no need to return broken glass to us in the mail. 

Refunds and Exchanges: Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you are dissatisfied with your order from Bradstreet Glass for any reason, please contact us immediately at Jodeliece@BradstreetGlass.com. Returned items must be received undamaged at Bradstreet Glass, within 15 days of receipt, in order to receive a refund for your purchase price. Your refund will be issued immediately upon our receipt of the returned undamaged item.
