We're stained glass artists
Bradstreet Glass was created and is maintained by stained glass artists. When we're not meticulously handling your glass and supply orders (at no additional charge, of course!), we're creating our own stained glass art. We provide the same glass, supplies and tools that we love to use ourselves, and so we are qualified to answer your questions regarding our inventory. Bradstreet Glass securely accepts your choice of Amazon Pay or Paypal for safe, fast and easy credit card transactions, and we have no access to your payment information.
Any information you provide is stored responsibly and securely. Your information is only used to fulfill your order. Your name and email may be used to provide marketing correspondence, such as a newsletter, only if requested.
Ready to ship purchases of in-stock glass sheets and supplies will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Precut stained glass shapes are handmade to order, so please allow the amount of time indicated on each listing. Typically these orders take 1-2 weeks to fill, but the larger quantities listed can take 3-4 weeks. Larger custom requests can take longer, depending on your requirements. We will always include the proposed processing time with our pricing quotes for custom requests.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your order from Bradstreet Glass for any reason, please contact us immediately. Returned items must be received undamaged at Bradstreet Glass at the customer's expense, within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund for your purchase price. Your refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned undamaged item.
In the event that an order is damaged or lost during shipping, let us know! We will make every effort to locate or replace the item prior to offering a refund. If a refund is required due to loss or damage incurred during shipping, all costs will be reimbursed to the customer, including shipping if applicable.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at Jodeliece@BradstreetGlass.com, and attach photographs of your damaged purchase in order to receive a refund or replacement. Please include photos of the packaging as well. There is no need to return broken glass to us in the mail.
